          Our painters and handymen are available Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm, with Saturday as an option.

        How much does an estimate/bid cost?

          Painting estimates/bids given are free.

          Due to our flexible hours, we will work hard to meet your scheduling needs.

          When will I receive my bid/proposal?

          Depending on the type of estimate, a bid/ proposal will be given, either on the same day or mailed out within 5 business days.

        When work is preformed, do I have to be home?

          No, due to the fact that we are licensed, bonded and insured, the homeowner does not have to be present when work is being preformed.

        What does licensed mean?

          A license is given by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission to protect the homeowner.

          What does bonded mean?

          Bonded is the guarantee of the work performance/completion.

        What does insured mean?

          Insured means the contractor holds Workers Compensation Insurance, so the homeowner is not responsible for workers injuries.

        What does liability insurance mean?

          Liability Insurance is insurance the contractor holds to protect the homeowner against any damages to the home by the contractor.

        What does the MHIC # mean?

          The MHIC # is the registration number given by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission, to show the contractor is licensed.

        Doesn't my homeowners insurance cover damages caused by the contractor?

          No, damages caused by the contractor will not be covered by the homeowners insurance, but will be covered by the contractor’s liability insurance.
